Mima’s Cleaning provides professional home and office cleaning services, including but not limited to:

  • Deep Cleaning Services – seasonal, detailed, or holiday-ready cleans.

  • Office Cleaning – professional workspaces cleaned with care.

  • Recurring Visits – weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, based on availability and subject to a signed service agreement.


2. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure safe and effective service, customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact and service location details.

  • Ensure safe conditions for our team (e.g., running water, electricity, and accessible entry).


3. Messaging & Communications (A2P SMS Program)

Mima’s Cleaning offers SMS notifications and updates as part of its customer service program.

  • Message Frequency: Up to 5 messages per month, including confirmations, reminders, and updates.

  • Message Types: Transactional notifications (e.g., appointment confirmations) and occasional marketing offers.

  • Cost: Standard message and data rates may apply based on your carrier.

  • Opt-Out: Reply STOP to +1 (866) 890-6462 to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation of removal.

  • Consent Not Required: Opting in is not required to purchase or receive services.

  • Program Description: Mima’s Cleaning Alerts delivers SMS appointment confirmations, reminders, and occasional promotions.

4. Sharing of Information

Your information is used solely for scheduling, communication, and transactional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties except as required by law.


5. Service Limitations

  • Handling hazardous materials, animal waste, or biohazards may result in additional fees or cancellation of service.

  • Heavy lifting, structural repairs, or non-cleaning tasks are not included in our services.


6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Late cancellations may result in a 50% service fee.


7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
